When I was at Lake Crabtree yesterday, I took several images of vehicles (including my own). I was trying to figure out how to make each more interesting: the car with the shades on the roof (in case they were wondering how they lost them); the motorcycle with a handicapped parking space sign in the background (a/k/a "donercycle"); the paddle boat in context; and my Element from low angle (almost it's "eye level"). Not sure how much I added in terms of interested, but it made it interesting for me.
