When you have seen all the wonders spread out in front of you, and you still want to set something up to shoot anyway, you, my friend, have Visual Greed!

Judd Wedding
These are some of the images a shot for a wedding yesterday. I am happy with the way they came out in spite of the triple digit heat and the time of day. They were a great family to work with and it was a great day!

Jen's Back
Friday night at Deep South, I met a young lady through a mutual friend that had some very interesting tatoos on her back that she was kind enough to let me photograph. She was a cool lady and a lot of fun.

My Bronica Makes a Comeback!
While I was at Lake Crabtree on Monday, I decided to bring with me my Bronica RF645 medium format, rangefinder, film camera. I shot along side my Leica M8 (those images are at my other blog, Only Good Days. I shot these using some expired Kodak E100V slide film which I took to JW Photo Labs for process and scans. I am thinking I might go this route more often as I love looking at medium format chromes!

Vehicles at Lake Crabtree
When I was at Lake Crabtree yesterday, I took several images of vehicles (including my own). I was trying to figure out how to make each more interesting: the car with the shades on the roof (in case they were wondering how they lost them); the motorcycle with a handicapped parking space sign in the background (a/k/a "donercycle"); the paddle boat in context; and my Element from low angle (almost it's "eye level"). Not sure how much I added in terms of interested, but it made it interesting for me.

Desktop Still life
I was playing around with my Leica M8, a 90mm Elmar and a small Flash (straight manual with a scale on the back) and I took these. Not really set up, just seeing if I could get the exposure right because the ASA (ISO) numbers on the back didn't match up with the camera. It's good to work things like that out ahead of time so you don't have to guess when you need it.
